There are three places we might collect personal information.

From visitors to korokiko.com. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We may use website analytics tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not place advertising cookies on this site.

From clients and prospective clients. Business contact details such as name, role, work email, phone number, and business address. Account access where you grant us delegated access to your advertising or analytics platforms so we can deliver the services you have engaged us for.

From the platforms we manage on your behalf. When we manage your paid media, email marketing, or analytics accounts under a service agreement, we access the performance data and the personal information flowing through those platforms only to the extent required to do the work. Examples include Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest Ads, Quantcast, Klaviyo, and Shopify.

We use the information we hold to:

• Provide the services we have agreed to deliver.
• Communicate with clients and prospects.
• Issue invoices and accept payments.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations in Australia.
• Improve our own work.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use a small set of trusted third-party providers to operate the business. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations, and we share information with them strictly to the extent required to do the work.

• Accounting and invoicing: Xero.
• Payments: Pinch Payments, GoCardless.
• Email and productivity: Google Workspace, Resend.
• Hosting and database: Vercel, Supabase.
• Advertising, analytics, and ecommerce platforms managed on client behalf: Meta, Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, Quantcast, Klaviyo, Shopify.

We do not authorise any of these providers to use the information for their own purposes beyond what is required to deliver the service to us.

We keep client records for as long as the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with Australian record-keeping obligations. Financial records are retained for at least seven years. We delete or anonymise personal information when it is no longer required, subject to any legal hold.

You have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information where we have no legal obligation to keep it.
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you think we have mishandled your information.
