No, I don’t produce the content itself, but I do provide detailed creative briefs to guide your team or content creators. This ensures that your visuals and messaging align with your campaign goals and target audience. I do create all the copy related to your ads.

  • Before onboarding, I conduct a thorough discovery process to ensure we’re a good fit. If I don’t believe my service will provide a strong return on investment for your business, I’ll be upfront about it.

  • Absolutely. I plan and execute seasonal campaigns to capitalise on high-demand periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, new launches or holiday sales. I’ll ensure your campaigns are prepared to handle increased traffic while maintaining profitability.

  • I’ve built long-term relationships with nearly all my clients, and I’m extremely proud to have a 95% retention rate over the past 3 years. That said, there are no lock-in contracts—just a 48-hour notice period. If you decide to leave, I’ll ensure a smooth handover, and you’ll retain full ownership of your campaigns and data.

    That said it cuts both ways. I don’t have long notice periods and lock-in terms but I also don’t offer refunds if you decide to leave in your billing cycle.

    If you don’t think you can provide the basic courtesy of 48 hours notice, let’s not talk.

  • While I can help navigate Meta’s support processes for account issues, I work within the limitations of Meta’s policies and their response times. I’ll guide you through solutions, but keep in mind, no one can guarantee resolution times.
